Boys’ Senior Trip
Cooked a lot but LOVED every minute! My favorite part was early mornings on the porch with coffee, and evenings watching the sunset—breathtaking! This house was built with love. Enjoy it and respect it.

Proximity to the beach and the pier was great! There is soft sand that you need to navigate to go on the beach, so be mindful of seniors - Mom was able to bring the walker to steady herself, but needed help getting the walker through the sand. Everyone enjoyed a dip in the pool complete with shower station after the beach and late afternoons. There is plenty of room to park at the property and you do not need a parking pass to park on the property.We enjoyed the layout of the house as the adults were able to stay up late on the upper level while kids slept and plenty of bathrooms to allow everyone to have their space and get freshened up at the same time. The eating area on the top level was big enough for all of us to dine together. The elevator was a life savor for the seniors. Linens were provided bring those and your favorite wash aides for any hand washing of dishes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Family Getaway!
We had an amazing family vacation from start to finish! The home was beautiful, clean, and filled with fun beachy décor that made it feel extra special. We enjoyed long beach days, dolphin sightings, and even spotted some crabs near the pier. We made homemade dinners together (spaghetti & meatballs, tacos) and loved relaxing evenings after full days of shopping, golfing, and cruising around in golf carts. Some of our favorite local spots were Gulf Stream Cafe, J. Peter’s, the PGA Superstore, and the Village Surf Shop. Thank you for an unforgettable stay—we truly loved every moment!

Vacation/Family Time

Luxurious Relaxation
This beach house is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the décor and accommodations. Each bedroom having its own bath and TV made it luxurious living for all. We relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful beach house.

Perfect Home for a Large Family Vacation
We had an amazing stay! Our group of 20 enjoyed everything from fishing and biking to relaxing beach days and evenings on the porch. The house was perfect for our large family—well-stocked with thoughtful touches like extra bowls with lids, great knives, and even a pizza cutter (a rare find in rentals!). The views were absolutely beautiful, and the porch chairs made it easy to soak them in. We made great memories exploring the area—highlights included a fishing charter, the pier, Mermaid Sparkles, and cruising around in the golf cart. Dining out was a treat too. We highly recommend:

Time with great people
This beach house is beautiful, cozy, and spacious. We had such a great time just spending it with family and friends. Loved the dolphins, ocean swims, and watching surfers at night—so entertaining!

Staff retreat + relaxation
Enjoyed the beach, pool, Broadway at the Beach, and the boardwalk. Saw dolphins around 8 a.m. two days in a row, so special!
