Rent includes water and sewer along with trash pick up. Tenant pays electric and cable. A security deposit of $750 is required. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Deposit will be forfeited if any smoking in condo.
Tradewinds (left) is another of our Surfside Beach annual rentals located behind Crabby Mike’s on 2nd Ave. N. ext 1105. Rent includes access to community swimming pool, washer and dryer, trash pick up and water. No pets allowed in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath non-furnished condo. Security deposit of $915 is required.
On March 24, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. come and enjoy an afternoon of food, fun, games and more at the 5th Annual Taste of the Coast at Barefoot Landing. Risen Christ Lutheran School and the entertainment complex team up each year to bring together a fun family event. Local restaurants offer samples of their fabulous dishes and kids can hang out in the "Kid Zone" with inflatables, pony rides, games, face painters and more. Admission is $1 for adults and food and ride tickets are $1. Kids get in free and adults can get in free by bringing in one canned good.
