When you make reservations by phone or in person for one of our Garden City Beach South Carolina rentals or any other of our rentals, you will be required to send a deposit within two weeks of making your reservation. The deposit amount is half of the total rent charged for any one of our rentals including our Garden City Beach South Carolina rentals.
When you make online reservations, the deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation. The balance, including sales tax and accommodation tax on the total rental amount will be due within 30 days prior to the check-in day.
There will be a $75 Reservation Damage Waiver charged to your reservation, which covers you up to $1000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay. There is also a $25 Resort Fee that will be charged to your reservation. Both fees are mandatory and will not be waived.

If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival 80 percent of the reservation deposit will be refunded providing the property is re-rented for the full amount of the original reservation. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, all monies are forfeited unless the property is re-rented for the full amount of the original reservation. If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, all monies are forfeited. In the case of a returned check due to non-sufficient funds, a $35.00 charge will be incurred.
Should any group misrepresent itself, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately, without refund. No house party groups, chaperoned or unchaperoned under age 25. We reserve the right to refund a deposit or discontinue occupancy if in our opinion we believe any existing occupancy is detrimental to the premises.
