We don’t believe in using age as an excuse to miss out on fun times. That’s why no matter if you’re 7 or 70 you just might discover the time of your life when you climb onto a surfboard. Even if you don’t stick with it long term, just imagine the stories you’ll have to tell!
The Eternal Wave Surf Shop, right here in Surfside Beach, SC, offers year round surfing lessons for individuals and groups. Private lessons one-on-one are provided by experienced instructors by the hour and include time on the beach and in the water both. You can also reserve lessons for group events like birthday parties and company retreats.
Their lessons take place 7 days a week around high tide. They are held in the morning when there is usually less wind and crowded conditions. Lessons are at Magnolia Avenue in Garden City Beach just one block north of Garden City Pier. There is free parking and plenty of spaces. It’s best to make a reservation by calling 843-839-1239 and give them 24 hours notice prior to your lesson. Surfboards are provided but bring your own beach towel, sunscreen and water bottle.
