24th Annual Run to the Sun on Thursdsay, March 15, 2012 at the former Myrtle Square Mall site. The annual “Run to the Sun” has been described as the “largest independent car and truck show on the East Coast” with 2,500 cars and trucks from all over the United States. For more than 20 years, Run to the Sun has been Myrtle Beach’s premiere car show. Three days full of cruising along Ocean Boulevard, car shows and races bring in car enthusiasts from all over.
