PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

We had a fantastic week at Hip Nautic! We went to Broadway on the beach and the aquarium. We also spent many days at the beach soaking up the sun and riding the waves. The pool was a huge hit with everyone both young and old. We spent hours playing with the lacrosse stick in the pool. Overall, we had an awesome week! We will be back!

We have enjoyed our stay. We actually started staying in this house in 2017 and have had a wonderful day each time. The location and the accommodations meet are family’s needs which is why we have returned each time. While we haven’t been able to come between 2020 and 2022. It was great to be back! We are thankful for all the wonderful memories our family has made that will stay in our hearts years to come. The walks on the beach each morning, watching the sunset and the tides during our stay. We hope that we can come back for the years to come!

We came from Virginia and Maryland to attend the car show which we have been attending for many years. We were very pleased to book this home from the pictures online and even more pleased upon arrival! Beautiful, clean and spacious! Had a wonderful week, thank you for providing such a wonderful “home away from home”!

We had a most wonderful week here at Hip Nautic! The plantation style porches are delightful to sip our morning coffee. It is very nice to be able to walk across the street and be on the beach, very convenient. The layout of the house is lovely and the blinds are so adaptable to natural light or privacy. We felt very secure and safe here. We both have worked very hard all summer but once we got here and settled in it was a most amazing break that was very much needed and appreciated! Thank you for sharing this lovely home!

We really enjoyed our week at Hip Nautic. The house is great for our little family with good access to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the palm tree swaying. We had such a fun week enjoying the beach, fishing at the Garden City pier and riding the bikes we rented. It was a great place to spend our fall break. We hope to return next fall!
