A Gas Grill is Provided via the "Honor System"- Guest is Responsible for Cleaning upon Departure, Providing Propane Tank and Refills when Empty - Grill May Not be Moved. Ocean-Side Covered Porches on First & Second Levels and Pool-Side Covered Porch on First Level. Exterior Shower and Paved Parking with 2 Parking Bays (3 Covered, 5-6 Total Spaces). Motorcycles are Not Allowed, Trailers are Allowed with Owner's Approval. 100% Non-Smoking Environment and Pets are Not Allowed. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. A small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan will be provided. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing clothes washing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
