Well maintained 5 bedroom 4 ½ bath home with professionally managed Private Pool located on a corner lot that provides additional privacy. High speed internet, 6 Flat Screen Televisions (5 Smart), Desk in upstairs bedroom, Dual zone heating and air, ceiling fans throughout. Open concept great room with living and dining areas open to kitchen. All new kitchen appliances and granite countertops with Range with Convection Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer with DUAL ice makers, and Dishwasher; Well equipped kitchen with coffee pot and Keurig, crockpot, griddle, electric skillet, waffle iron, and abundant cooking and serving utensils. Laundry including a Washer & Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board on second floor. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan.
