Sunny Side Up is 2nd row beach house located across the street and steps to the sand and ocean. Enjoy the private swimming pool (13' x 19') or relax on one of the three decks. The master bedroom has its own private sundeck. Amenities in this house include a TV with cable in each bedroom, a NEW 70 inch wall mounted Smart TV in the living area and an additional TV in the sitting area located on the second floor. There are DVD players for movie viewing and hi-speed internet. Ceramic tile floors throughout the living areas and all 5 bedrooms. The house is very well kept, spacious and comfortable. Beverage center with extra under counter refrigerator, recycle bins and extra storage added to living area.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Linens and bath towels are provided at this home for all weekly reservations! Heat and Central A/C, Washer and Dryer and Iron and Ironing Board. Well-stocked kitchen amenities which include: 2 coffee makers, blender, toaster, air fryer, Pyrex pans, sheet pans, Crock Pot, griddle, waffle iron, hand mixer, NEW pots and pans, stock pot, tea pot, serving platters, dishes, glasses and utensils. Family board games and DVD's are provided for your use. We also provide one roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
